Addressing Build Warnings in OHIF Project

@Johnmark_Enriquez: Hi Everyone,
I’ve encountered some warnings during yarn run build. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. git checkout release/3.8
2. sudo rm yarn.lock
3. yarn config set workspaces-experimental true
4. yarn install
5. Set .env on platform/app using default_16bit.js
6. yarn run build
   Node Version : 18.16.1
   Npm: 9.5.1
   Yarn: 1.22.22
   Please see the images below for more details.
