Change units for length tool

I use cornerstone 3D in react app to make measurements with dicom files. When I use length tool in some cases units are “px”, in some cases in “mm”

I have to set ‘mm’ for all cases, is it possible ?

RowPixelSpacing and columnPixelSpacing are not available
in cases where the measurement unit is displayed in pixels. To convert the measurement to ‘mm’ on these cases, it is necessary to calibrate the spacing using the Calibration Tool.
