How can I combine two series into one in MPR mode?

I want to transfer this tool to OHIF, but I don’t know how this can be implemented.
I think to solve the problem you need to somehow obtain scalar data from two images that need to be combined and, based on them, calculate new scalar data.
For calculations, a pairwise comparison of each point and selection of the maximum of them for the final image is most likely suitable.
