[Cornerstone3D] A few broken examples

Hello,

I am new to Cornerstone.js. It looks like a great project! I was going through some of the example and I think I found some issues (or I might be misunderstanding them). Hopefully this is the right spot to post what I found. Any help is much appreciated! (also, I was unable to post the full link to the examples)

  1. Progressive Stack: /live-examples/stackprogressive: The CloudFront link seems broken
  2. DICOM SEG STACK: /live-examples/segmentationstack: The export does not seem to work
  3. DICOM SEG Export: /live-examples/segmentationexport: console error on page load (1)
  4. MIP Jump To Click: /live-examples/mipjumptoclick: example does not seem to “jump” and console waring (2)
  5. WSI - Whole Slide Imaging Viewport: /live-examples/wsi: image(s) do not seem to load and console warning (3)
