Dicom SR and retrieve Frame request

I’m using 4.12.42 release (npm package). Ohif is asking frame request for dicom SR but of course there is no pixelData in structure report.
Is that normal that it is continuing to launch this request ? If the answer is yes, what is it expecting as response ?
