Disabled viewer button in worklist

I am developing by downloading v3-stable branch.
And by setting wadoUriRoot, qidoRoot, and wadoRoot in default.js file, dicom imaging data was fetched.
I succeeded in showing the worklist.

I found one problem here. ( :frowning: I hope for more explanation there will be a function to attach files to this board… )
When you select a study from the worklist, the Viewer button is visible.

:eyes: However, in some cases, the button is disabled, and I wonder why.
