Describe Your Question

  • I am unable to download/export segmentations on a CT dataset. I suspect it is related to DICOM metadata or irregular spacing (as this feature works on different datasets) but am not sure how to address this.
  • I am using the OHIF Viewer v3.11.0 plugin that comes with the latest Orthanc

What steps can we follow to reproduce the bug?

  1. Get this folder of dcm files (40 images): filebin[dot]net/dpi044me5ry0de1k
  2. Upload in Orthanc
  3. View in OHIF segmentation mode
  4. Create a segmentation
  5. Go to download & export menu.

The options are grayed out.

Hi @francis and welcome to the forum. If your intention was to supply the sample dcm file, then I am not sure where to access it. Nevertheless, be sure to anonymize any data you upload. Thanks.
