- I am unable to download/export segmentations on a CT dataset. I suspect it is related to DICOM metadata or irregular spacing (as this feature works on different datasets) but am not sure how to address this.
- I am using the OHIF Viewer v3.11.0 plugin that comes with the latest Orthanc
What steps can we follow to reproduce the bug?
- Get this folder of dcm files (40 images): filebin[dot]net/dpi044me5ry0de1k
- Upload in Orthanc
- View in OHIF segmentation mode
- Create a segmentation
- Go to download & export menu.
The options are grayed out.
