Describe Your Question

  • A clear and concise description of what problem you are having.
    I’m looking for clear concise steps to enable WSI extension DICOM microscopy. I’ve looked at the readme “embedded-veiwer.md” and have attempted those steps of adding the extension to the config global, and adding the script tag to index.html.

I’ve attempted to do this on a home brewed version of OHIF, and the standalone OHIF from their GitHub. I’m assuming perhaps something basic i’m missing but would really appreciate any steps i might be missing or resource describing the steps.
