How to load and existing SVG File and overlay?

I am able to load and display a dicom image on my html page.

I would like to load an existing SVG file and overlay it on the image.

Is there a good example of how to do this? Any suggestions on how to tackle this problem?

Where is the SVG coming from, the easiest way would be to embed it in the dicom as overlay tag and we automatically render that for you

Do you have any suggestions on how to change / control the order in which annotation tools render their annotations?

I think we talked about this in OHIF office hours, but just for future references seems like the order is decided in the triggerAnnotationRender when we filter enabledTools that are not disabled
