How to sync window level presets across different studies?

So I have 3 different viewports with different CT/PT studies of the same patient, and I am trying to sync applied window level presets across them.
The documentation says that I can do so by using the ‘voi’ syncgroup.
I tried that but it is not working.
Is there a way to make it work or is there any other way available?
