Option to configure save measurements

I am running OHIF with docker, image tag ohif/viewer:v4.12.30.19094

I wanted to know where the measurements of annotations are saved when clicking save measurements, and where can I configure this (I want to store this on a local path on the machine where the container is running)

either way, measurements are saved by OHIF as a DICOM SR as part of the study
