I have the same issue. Did somebody found the solution? The only error I see is the request failed. I am running Ohif on a docker container and it is connected to Orthanc.
Hi @Zach, I have seen it but seems that my pdf is not recognized properly.
In my case, I am getting the pdf from Orthanc, which is in a separate docker container from my OHIF.
