Problem with dicomized jpeg

Hi.
We have studies, that are simply dicomized jpeg images. They are aquired from digital camera and dicomized and sent to PACS (dcm4chee) with DCMTK tools.
Those studies displayed distorted in v3 (in v2 they were not only distorted but also colored green). See attached image.
