First, your Dicom server should support Dicom WEB. For reference, you can get more detail about dicom web at https://www.dicomstandard.org/using/dicomweb. In case you are more familiar with .net then go through with https://github.com/DICOMcloud/DICOMcloud. To configure WADO-RS, WADO - URI, QIDO-RS, and STOW-RS go through the official website. Above URLs will help you to implement dicom web and Link OHIF viewer.
