@Josué_Venegas: Hi, I’m trying to load a RT Dose file in OHIF. I could make it work using cornerstone + reactjs (link to my repo here) but I don’t know how to do it in OHIF. Can someone please explain this to me?

@Bill_Wallace: You need more details as to what part you are having an issue with. Is the RT Dose a standard image instance? If you can load it with CS3D, I would start with adding the SOP class to getSopClassHandlerModule for images. That should then attempt to view it in OHIF. Then you need to see if the image can be read successfully.
@Alireza_Sedghi: RTDoes is on the roadmap and Leo is trying to implement parametric maps which is “similar”, when that PR comes up you can see how to do RTDoes
@Josué_Venegas: Hi @Bill_Wallace, thanks for replying.
In my personal project I upload the file directly, so I use the BLOB’s imageId and PixelData to load and add the color of the image.
In OHIF, i’ve created a new SOP Class Handler Module to check the instances, but I don’t know which attributes are the minimum required to create the displaySet, and neither how to display the viewport in order to get all the features that OHIF provides (increase brightness, contrast, etc.).
I’ve read OHIF’s documentation, but I still having doubts. If you could provide me more documentation about this process I would really appreciate it.
I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance
Hi @Alireza_Sedghi, thanks for replying.
Do you know if we’ll be able to see that PR soon?
Thanks
