We wanted to use OHIF v3 version for our application with some additional features and get ready for production in a month.
We would to clarify few things, before we proceed with v3 version:

As per documentation, v3 has not yet implemented some crucial features in v3 (ex: upload DICOM images option,. ), which are required for our application.
How does OHIF team plan to provide these features/extensions if we are planning to go production with v3 along with these features. -
We are planning to integrate AI modules and other additional additional features into v3. Is it feasible to include these external features with v3 current stable branch?
